This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") applies to the use of the Service and the Platform, as defined in WillDom's Terms of Use, provided by WILLDOM LLC, EIN N° 38-3930754, domiciled in 840 NW 57th Court, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 (hereinafter "WillDom") whose main function is to bring the best value proposition to Users, as defined in the Terms of Use, building long-term relationships. If necessary, WillDom may complement the Privacy Policy with specific information and definitions of WillDom's Terms of Use.

 

The mere creation of an Account by WillDom or the entry of its data by WillDom into the Platform grants the status of user of WillDom (hereinafter the "User" or "Users") and expresses full and unreserved acceptance of each and every clause of the Privacy Policy in the version published by WillDom at the time the User uses the Service. Consequently, the Privacy Policy shall constitute a valid and binding agreement between the User and WillDom regarding privacy. Furthermore, the use of the Service expresses the User's full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms of Use of the Service (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use") published by WillDom at https://www.willdom.com/terms, which is complementary of this Privacy Policy.

 

WillDom may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. New versions of the Privacy Policy will be notified by publication of said new version in https://www.willdom.com/privacy-policy and notified by the means of contact the User declares in its case.

 

If the User continues using the Service after WillDom publishes the new versions of the Privacy Policy through its Platform in https://www.willdom.com/privacy-policy or receives an email with such modifications, the User shall be considered notified by WillDom and accepted by the User. Accordingly, the User agrees to check https://www.willdom.com/privacy-policy periodically.

 

WillDom places great importance on the privacy of personal data.

  • Collected Information from Users. 

 

In the course of using the Service, WillDom may require or otherwise collect information that identifies the User as a specific individual and can be used to contact or identify the User. 

 

WillDom may request from the User and store the following personal data:

 

(i) First, middle and last name and/or company name;

(ii) e-mail and/or website and/or social network links;

(iii) Telephone number;

(iv) Address;

(v) ID or any identification document and related information

(vi) Any other information WillDom considers appropriate

 

(all of them hereinafter, the "Personal Data"). 

 

Moreover, as a consequence of the provided Service, WillDom may process other information such as information related to the Projects, as defined in the Terms of Use, it's own employees, or any other information that may be necessary in order to provide the Service, such as:



  • Project Information: WillDom may collect information about the Professional’s (hereinafter “Professional” as is defined in the Term of Use) work, and WillDom may automatically collect information about Professional´s work on a particular Project. 

 

This shall include any information provided by the Professional, such as a working hours. 

 

  • Identity Verification: WillDom may collect Personal Data, such as the User taxpayer identification number, to validate the User identity or as may be required by law, such as to complete tax filings. WillDom may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of the User government-issued identification or photo or a billing statement.

 

  • Non-Identifying Information: WillDom also may collect other information, such as zip codes, demographic data, information regarding the User use of the Service, and general project-related data (“Non-Identifying Information”). WillDom may aggregate information collected from WillDom registered and non-registered users. In some cases, WillDom may render Personal Data (generally, email address) into a form of non-identifying information referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Hashed Information.” This is typically accomplished using a mathematical process (commonly known as a hash function) to convert information into code. The code does not identify the User directly, but it may be used to perform different actions related to the User activity and interests in the Platform.



The User can always choose not to provide its information to WillDom, but it may limit WillDom's Service. 

 

WillDom processes the Personal Data only with the express consent given by the User by accepting this Privacy Policy through the corresponding check box or button in the Platform. 

 

Information Received from Third Parties

 

Third parties may also provide WillDom with information about the User. If WillDom combines such information with information about the User collected through the Service or the Platform, WillDom will still process that combined information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

 

Information Collected Automatically

 

Like other online companies, WillDom receives technical information when the User uses the Platform or the Services. WillDom uses these technologies to analyze how Users use the Service, to improve the Service or the Platform, to save the User log-in information for future sessions, and to serve the User with advertisements that may interest the User.

 

WillDom and its third party service providers, including analytics and third party content providers, may automatically collect certain information from the User whenever the User accesses or interacts with the Service or Platform. This information may include, among other information, the browser and operating system the User is using, the search terms the User entered into a search engine that led the User to the Service, areas within the Service that the User visited, which links the User clicked on, which pages or content the User viewed and for how long, other similar information and statistics about the User interactions, such as content response times, download errors and length of visits to certain pages and other information commonly shared when browsers communicate with websites. WillDom does this in order to improve services WillDom offers to the User, and to improve the Platform. 

 

The information WillDom collects also includes the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and/or other unique device identifier (“Device Identifier”) for any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) used to access the Platform or using the Service. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned or connected to the device the User uses to access the Service, and WillDom's servers identify the User device by its Device Identifier. Some mobile service providers may also provide WillDom or its third party service providers with information regarding the physical location of the device used to access the Service.

 

WillDom and its Affiliates use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, manage the Platform, track Users’ movement around the Platform and to gather demographic information about WillDom's Users. The technology used to collect information automatically from the Users may include the following:

 

  • Cookies: Like many websites, WillDom and WillDom's marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that WillDom transfers to the User computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. For further information on cookies and how they are used for the Service, please visit WillDom's Cookie Policy at https://www.willdom.com/cookie-policy 

 

  • Web Beacons: WillDom and WillDom's marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers may also employ software technology known as “web beacons” and/or “tracking tags” to help WillDom keep track of what content on WillDom's Service is effective and to serve relevant advertising to the User. Web beacons are small graphics with a unique identifier that may be invisible to the User, and which are used to track the online activity of internet users. Web beacons are embedded in the web pages the User reviews or email messages the User receives. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to WillDom's Service, to monitor how WillDom Users navigate through the Platform.

 

  • Embedded Scripts: WillDom and its marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers may also employ software technology known as an Embedded Script. An Embedded Script is programming code that is designed to collect information about the User interactions with the Service, such as the links the User clicks on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto the User computer or other device and is deactivated or deleted when the User disconnects from the Service.

 

In addition, WillDom and its marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers may use a variety of other technologies (such as tags) that collect similar information for security and fraud detection purposes and WillDom may use third parties to perform these services on its behalf.

 

  1. Purposes for processing the Personal Data the User provides

 

The purposes of the processing of Personal Data are:

 

  1. To improve the quality of the Service provided through the Platform. The storage by WillDom of the IP number of the User's devices, which allows the User to be identified at the time of accessing its individual accounts. It also facilitates the search of any connection problems that may occur on the Platform, improving the quality of the Service;
  2. To offer the User a personalized Service, tailored to the User's needs in order to provide the best possible experience; 
  3. Manage any type of queries that Users may carry out;
  4. send, either through traditional means, email or social networks, newsletters and circulars about WillDom's news, services and events;
  5. carry out statistical analysis and market research to enable WillDom to improve the Services; 
  6. verify the User's identity;
  7. preventing risk and fraud (for example, to detect and protect WillDom and other third parties against error, negligence, breach of contract, fraud, theft and other illegal activity, and to audit compliance with WillDom’s policies and contractual obligations);
  8. answering questions or providing other types of support;
  9. providing, securing, debugging and improving the Services and Platform;
  10. providing reporting and analytics;
  11. testing out features or additional services;
  12. enforcing WillDom's Terms of Use and / or compliance with this Privacy Policy; 
  13. to honor WillDom's contractual commitments to the User. Much of WillDom's processing of Personal Data is to meet WillDom's contractual obligations to WillDom's investors, or to take steps at Users' request in anticipation of entering into a contract with them;
  14. Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity;
  15. Developing new products and services;
  16. Ensuring internal quality control and safety;
  17. Debugging to identify and repair errors with WillDom's Services;
  18. Auditing relating to interactions, transactions and other compliance activities;
  19. Enforcing agreements and policies;
  20. Analyzing and improving WillDom's business;
  21. Communications, including marketing and responding to the User inquiries about WillDom's services;
  22. Addressing information security needs and protecting WillDom's Users, WillDom, and others;
  23. Managing legal issues;
  24. To Comply with Legal Obligations. WillDom needs to use and disclose Personal Data in certain ways to comply with WillDom's legal obligations.

 

WillDom may also collect and use the User personal information for any other purpose to which the User shall consent.

 

WillDom only collects the personal information it considers necessary for achieving these purposes.

 

WillDom may use information that is aggregated or de-identified so that it is no longer reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable natural person for any business purpose.

 

If the User does not wish its information to be stored on a server located in the United States of America, such User should not provide WillDom with its information or use the Services. The refrain to use the Service by the User regarding the storage and processing of information on US based servers will not constitute a liability against WillDom at any time.

 

Through the User use of the Services, WillDom may also collect information from the User about someone else or about the User from someone else. If the User provides information about someone else, the User must ensure it is authorized to disclose that information, without WillDom taking any further steps required by applicable data protection or privacy laws, WillDom may collect, and use such information for the purposes described in this Policy.

 

WillDom may share the User's information with its partners and associates for the purposes set forth above.

 

By using the Service, the User consents to it's information being collected, held and used in this way and for any other use the User authorizes. WillDom will only use the User's information for the purposes described in this Policy or with the User express permission.

 

  1. Functionalities that recover Personal Data

 

 

  • Work Listings Through the Service

 

If the User authorizes and requests WillDom or its Affiliates to post a work listing through the Platform, the contents of such listing will be viewable publicly, unless the Partner, Final Clients, Brunches and Business Associate designates the listing as only viewable through the Service or as private using the settings available on the applicable website. Work listings include information such as budget, location, history of work listing(s) by the Partner, Final Clients, Brunches and Business Associates the names of other Professionals performing work for the Partner, Final Clients, Brunches and Business Associates.

 

  • Feedback

 

WillDom collects feedback from WillDom's Users about their experience with other Users  using the Service. Please note that any feedback the Users provides through the Service or feedback provided about the Users may be publicly viewable through the Platform. 

 

  1.  Information Sharing and Disclosure

 

WillDom may share information about the User in order to provide the Service, for legal and investigative purposes, or if WillDom is part of a merger or acquisition. WillDom may also share non-identifying information with third parties. The User has choices as to whether WillDom shares the User personal information with third parties.

 

WillDom may share aggregated non-identifying information and WillDom may otherwise disclose non-identifying information (including, without limitation, Hashed Information) to third parties. WillDom does not share the User Personal Data with third parties for those third parties’ marketing purposes unless WillDom first provides the User with the opportunity to opt-in to or opt-out of such sharing. 

 

WillDom may also share the information WillDom have collected about the User, including Personal Data, as disclosed at the time the User provides it's Personal Data, with the User consent, as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, or in the following circumstances:

 

  • Information about Professionals shared with Users: WillDom will share information regarding Professionals who have entered into an Engagement with another User, and work history, with such Users. Please note that if a Professional is suspended from the WillDom Service, WillDom may share that information with Partners, Final Clients, Brunches and Business Associates ​for whom that Professional has worked or submitted job proposals. 

 

  • Information about Clients shared with Professionals: If the User have entered into a service contract or agreed to use the Platform with a Professional, WillDom may provide such Professional with the User´s name, company address, billing address, or tax ID or VAT number in order to complete the transaction or to facilitate the resolution of a claim or dispute. The Professional receiving the User information is not allowed to use it for purposes unrelated to the Project. 

 

  • Service Providers: WillDom may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on WillDom's behalf, to perform Service-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and online advertising, payment processing, fraud detection and improvement of WillDom’s features) or to assist WillDom in analyzing how the Service is used. These third parties may have access to the UserPersonal Data in order to perform these tasks on WillDom's behalf.

 

  • Legal and Investigative Purposes: WillDom will share information with government agencies as required by law in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements and, including without limitation, in connection with reporting earnings. WillDom cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. WillDom will disclose information about the User to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as WillDom, in WillDom's sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), or, at the request of governmental authorities or other third parties conducting an investigation where WillDom determine in WillDom's sole discretion the disclosure is necessary to (a) protect the property and rights of WillDom or a third party, (b) protect the safety of the public or any person, or (c) prevent or stop activity WillDom may consider to be, or pose a risk of being, illegal, fraudulent, unethical or legally actionable activity.

 

  • Internal and Business Transfers: WillDom may share information, including Personal Data, with it´s Affiliates and any current or future subsidiaries or affiliates, primarily for business and operational purposes, including activities such as IT management, for them to provide services to the User, or support and supplement the Services WillDom provide. WillDom may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of WillDom's assets, including the User Personal Data, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets (including, in each case, as part of the due-diligence process with any potential acquiring entity) or in the event of bankruptcy.

 

  1. Security

 

WillDom takes a number of measures in order to protect the User's Personal Data, but no security is guaranteed. WillDom takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information it collects and stores about WillDom Users. All access to the Site is encrypted using industry-standard transport layer security technology (“TLS”). When the User enters sensitive information (such as tax identification number), WillDom encrypts the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (“SSL”). WillDom also uses HTTP strict transport security to add an additional layer of protection for WillDom's Users. However, User acknowledges that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent secure. Thus, while WillDom strives to protect the User Personal Data, WillDom cannot ensure and does not warrant the security of any information the User transmits to WillDom.

 

If the User sends its information over the Internet, the User must use appropriate technologies to secure the User's information. Please note that the Internet is not in itself a secure environment and WillDom cannot give an absolute assurance that the User information will be secure at all times, especially if the User doesn't take the necessary precautions. Transmission of information over the Internet is at the User's own risk and the User should only enter, or instruct the entering of, information to WillDom within a secure environment.

 

While WillDom uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to secure the User's information, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and WillDom cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information or content the User transmits to WillDom. Any information or content the User transmits to WillDom is done at the User's own risk.

 

  1. Links to other Platforms

 

The Platform contains links to other websites. If the User chooses to click on a third party link, the User will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that WillDom links to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of WillDom's affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. WillDom does not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on the User computer, collect data or request Personal Data from the User. WillDom encourages the User to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites the User visits.

 

  1. Public Profile 

 

The profile the User creates on WillDom's Platform will be publicly accessible unless otherwise indicated. The User may change the privacy settings of the User profile through the User account portal.

 

  1. General Audience Service

 

The Service is general audience and intended for users of 18 years old and older. WillDom does not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under age of 18. If WillDom becomes aware that a child younger than 18 has provided WillDom with Personal Data, WillDom will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from WillDom's files. 

 

  1. Rights

 

Depending on the User's use of the Service and where the User resides, the User may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, or object to certain uses of their  personal information (for example, by unsubscribing from direct marketing emails).

 

The User may exercise these rights by  sending an email to WillDom's privacy team at support@willdom.com with the title “Service Request”. Please note that if the User sends WillDom a request relating to the User's personal information, WillDom has to make sure that it is the User before WillDom can respond. In order to do so, WillDom may ask to see documentation verifying the User's identity. In accordance with applicable law, the User may have the right to:

 

  • Access Personal Data about the User, including: (i) confirming whether WillDom are processing the User personal information; (ii) obtaining access to or a copy of the User personal information.
  • Request Correction of the User personal information where it is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. In some cases, the User can update the User personal information within the User WillDom account by logging in and visiting settings/User settings.
  • Request Deletion, Anonymization or Blocking of the User personal information when processing is based on the User consent or when processing is unnecessary, excessive or noncompliant. Note that if the User information is deleted, then the User account may become deactivated. If the User account is deactivated or the User asks to close the User account, the User will no longer be able to use the Service. If the User would like to close the User account in WillDom's system, the User can do so through the WillDom Service (once the User has logged in, visit settings / User settings, and then click on the close my account link).
  • Request Restriction of or Object to WillDom's processing of the User personal information when processing is noncompliant.
  • Withdraw the User Consent to WillDom's processing of the User personal information. If the User refrain from providing personal information or withdraw the User consent to processing, some features of WillDom's Service may not be available.
  • Request data portability and receive an electronic copy of personal information that the User have provided to WillDom.
  • Be informed about third parties with which the User personal information has been shared with.
  • Request the review of decisions taken exclusively based on automated processing if that could affect data subject rights.



Please also note that there is a difference between the information WillDom decides to collect for its own purposes (for example, the User's account sign-up information) and the information the Users send WillDom in order to store or process through the Platform or any other means (for example, names of employees or clients). 

 

It is the User responsibility to ensure that the information the User provides to WillDom is accurate, complete and up-to-date. 

 

WillDom will process the User request as soon as reasonably practicable, provided WillDom are not otherwise prevented from doing so for example, on legal grounds, or as necessary to prevent an unreasonable impact on the privacy or affairs of other individuals, or if it is not reasonable and practicable for WillDom to process the User request in the manner the User have requested.

 

WillDom will only keep the User's information for as long as WillDom has a valid purpose to do so as the User service provider. However, WillDom may also be required to keep some of the User information for specified periods of time, for example under certain laws relating to corporations, money laundering, and financial reporting legislation.

 

WillDom will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor the User requests for deletion; however, certain information will actively persist on the Service even if the User close the User account, including information related to the Project and messages, opportunities and talents the User posted to the Platform. In addition, the rights described above may be limited, for example, if fulfilling the User request would reveal Personal Data about another person, or if the User ask WillDom to delete information WillDom are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping (such as for fraud prevention purposes). The User Personal Data may remain in WillDom's archives and information the User updates or deletes, or information within a closed account, may persist internally for WillDom's administrative purposes, to the extent permitted by law. In addition, WillDom typically will not remove information the User posted publicly through or on the Service. Bear in mind that neither the User nor WillDom can delete all copies of information that has been previously shared with others on the Service.



  1. Shared Information

 

WillDom restricts access to the User's information to authorized employees and contractors and only shares the User's personal information with third parties in the following circumstances.

 

  1. Other Service Providers, Partners, Contractors or Vendors: for providing the Service with accountants, for analytics and reporting, marketing and advertising, auditing, communicating with the Users, managing WillDom's customer database, providing the Users with professional services, managing WillDom 's recruitment process and conducting background checks.

 

  1. Successor Entities: if WillDom merge with or are acquired by another company, are involved in a bankruptcy, or if the ownership or control of all or part of the Service or their assets changes, information about the User may be transferred to such entities.

 

  1. Law Enforcement, Government Agencies, and Professional Advisors: to prevent or investigate suspected fraud, threats to physical safety, illegal activity, or violations of a contract or WillDom 's policies, or to comply with a law or regulation, or if WillDom is otherwise legally required to do so, such as in response to a court order or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise WillDom's legal rights or to defend against legal claims or demands.

 

  1. International Data Transfer

 

Because WillDom is a U.S. company, WillDom processes and stores the User information in the United States and WillDom's service providers may process and store it elsewhere.

If the Users are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to WillDom, WillDom transfers Personal Data to the United States for processing, and WillDom's service providers may process Personal Data in the United States and elsewhere. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which the User initially provided the information. When WillDom transfers the User information to the United States, WillDom will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

The Service is managed by WillDom’s team at its headquarters in the United States. WillDom relies on service providers to operate the Platform and provide the Services. These service providers are all located in and process the User's data in the United States. 

 

  1. Cookies

 

WillDom uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its Platform and when providing the Service. For more information about how WillDom uses these technologies, and an explanation of how the User can opt out of certain types of cookies, please see WillDom's Cookie Policy https://www.willdom.com/cookie-policy

 

  1. Privacy Complaint Process.

If the User wishes to complain about how WillDom have handled the User's information, please provide WillDom with full details of the User complaint and any supporting documentation by e-mail at support@willdom.com.

 

  1. Notice for Nevada Residents

 

Under Nevada law, certain Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. 

 

“Personally identifiable information” includes first and last name, address, email address, phone number, social security number, or an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online.

 

WillDom do not engage in such activity; however, if the User is a Nevada resident who has purchased or leased goods or services from WillDom, the User may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by emailing support@willdom.com.Please note WillDom will take reasonable steps to verify the User's identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, WillDom will maintain the User's request in the event WillDom's practices change.

 

  1. Notice for California Residents . Supplemental Privacy Notice for California Residents

 

This Supplemental Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information in the Privacy Policy above, and except as provided herein, applies solely to California residents. It applies to personal information WillDom collects on or through the Service and through other means. It does not apply to personal information WillDom collects from its employees or job applicants in their capacity as employees and job applicants. It also does not apply to information WillDom collects about businesses that use the Service -- including any employees, owners, directors, officers, or contractors of those businesses -- in the course of WillDom's provision or receipt of business-related services.

 

Summary of Information WillDom Collect

 

California law requires WillDom to disclose information regarding the categories of personal information that WillDom have collected about California consumers (as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA")), the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purposes (as those terms are defined by applicable law) for which the information was collected, and the categories of parties with whom WillDom share personal information.

 

WillDom or WillDom's service providers may collect the below categories of information for the following business or commercial purposes (as those terms are defined in applicable law):

  1. Providing the Service (e.g., account servicing and maintenance, matching freelancer talent with client needs, customer service, advertising and marketing, analytics, and communication about the Service);
  2. WillDom's or WillDom's service providers' operational purposes;
  3. Auditing User's interactions on the Platform;
  4. Detecting, protecting against, and prosecuting privacy and security incidents and fraudulent or illegal activity;
  5. Bug detection, error reporting, and activities to maintain the quality or safety of the Service;
  6. Investigating compliance with, enforcing, and/or complying with the law;
  7. Improving the existing Service and developing new services (e.g., by conducting research to develop new products or features);
  8. Other uses that advance WillDom's commercial or economic interests, such as third party advertising and communicating with the User about relevant offers from WillDom or third party partners;
  9. Other uses about which WillDom shall notify the User.

 

  1. Rights

 

If the User is a California resident, the User may have certain rights. California law may permit the User to request WillDom to:

 

  1. Provide the User the categories of personal information WillDom have collected or disclosed about the User in the last twelve months; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the User's personal information; and the categories of third parties with whom WillDom shared personal information.
  2. Provide access to and/or a copy of certain information WillDom hold about the User.
  3. Delete certain information WillDom have about the User.

 

If the User would like to exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through email at support@willdom.com. The User will be required to verify the User's identity before WillDom fulfill the User's request. The User can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on the User's behalf. To do so, the User must provide WillDom with written authorization or a power of attorney, signed by the User, for the agent to act on the User's behalf. The User will still need to verify the User's identity directly with WillDom.

If the User ask WillDom to delete it, the User may no longer be able to access or use the Service or may limit the Service.

 

The CCPA sets forth certain obligations for businesses that “sell” personal information. Based on the definition of “sell” under the CCPA and under current regulatory guidance, WillDom do not believe WillDom engages in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past twelve months.
