What should I expect from the interview process?
Our interview process is designed to be clear, efficient, and engaging! It starts with an initial conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition specialists, where we’ll learn more about your background, experience, and interests.
Next, depending on the role, you might be asked to complete a short Code Challenge, which could be a quick assessment, a video interview, or a test related to the required tech stack.
The final step is the Technical Interview, where you’ll meet with the project manager in a video call. This stage can include live coding exercises, conceptual questions, or an open discussion to better understand how you apply your technical expertise in real-world scenarios.
Throughout the entire process, your recruiter will be there to support you, keeping you informed at every stage, whether it’s good news or constructive feedback to help you grow.

Do you offer remote or hybrid positions?
At WillDom, our mission is to democratize the software industry by connecting top talent with great opportunities worldwide. Since our main market is the U.S., we primarily focus on remote positions, allowing professionals to work from anywhere.
However, some specific clients or opportunities may require candidates to be local to a particular location. If a role has such a requirement, we’ll make sure to inform you during the process.
How long does the application process typically take?
This timeline can vary depending on the client, the specific opportunity, and the urgency of the role. Some processes may move faster, while others might take a bit longer, but on average, it may take us around 40 days to get you to Day 1 on the best project for you.
We strive to keep the process as efficient and transparent as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way!
